1. What this site is

Josh Huang's Engineering Notes (this site, at blog.hjs.space and career.hjs.space) is a personal publication operated by Chih-Hsueh "Josh" Huang, offering written engineering case-study articles. It is not a SaaS product, a course platform, or a service with any guaranteed schedule of new content.

2. Access and accounts

There is no traditional username/password account. Access is tied to the email address used at checkout: a purchase or active subscription grants access to that email, verified via a single-use, time-limited login link sent to that address. Keep access to that email address secure — it is the only credential this site uses.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles the actual sales transaction, card/payment data, applicable tax, and invoicing. This site never receives or stores your payment card details. See Pricing for current prices and Refund Policy for how refunds and subscription cancellation work.

4. Content license

Articles are for your personal reading use. You may not republish, redistribute, or resell article content, in whole or substantial part, without prior written permission. Brief quotation with attribution and a link back to the article is fine.

5. No warranty

Content is provided "as is," reflecting the author's own experience and understanding at the time of writing. It is offered for informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, or engineering advice for your specific situation.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
